Based on a true story, Cheng Yong is approached by a sick man who wants his help to illegally import medicine. Cheng agrees but soon finds himself the buzz of a gang of unlikely smugglers who help thousands of patients treat themselves at reasonable prices. This hilarious comedy with a twist of action will keep you at the edge of your seat!
