Finance Intern

The Finance Intern works closely with the Executive Director to assist with various aspects of bookkeeping such as financial reporting, budgeting, accounting, and financial analysis. This internship provides the opportunity to learn about financial budgeting specifically geared towards a not-for-profit organization. Familiarity with Quickbooks is required. Requirements: 12 - 20 hours per week; in-person; unpaid.

Summer Camp Teaching Assistant (June 15 - August 7)

The Summer Camp Teaching Assistant Intern will assist the camp’s main instructor with the supervision of all students throughout all sessions. Most camp activities and film shooting will take place outdoors with limited time indoors for editing. The camps run Monday - Friday June 15th to August 7th. The TA is expected to be present from 11:00AM until the end of class at 3:00 or 3:30PM. A background check will be required. Volunteer Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will work closely with the Director of Education and the Reeling Film Festival marketing team to assist in creating graphics for Reeling: The Chicago LGBTQ+ International Film Festival happening in September 2026. The position involves designing the festival’s main graphic theme that will be used for the festival website, program booklet cover, and other promotional materials. Additionally, the graphic designer will help format the festival booklet. Candidates are required to be familiar with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
