AMYE WILMES

Amye Wilmes graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in Actuarial Science and Finance; after graduating, she moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in film. She worked as an accountant on several hit shows and movies, including “Grey’s Anatomy,” “The Muppets,” “Scandal,” and “Easy.” She was an Accountant, Assistant Choreographer, and even shows up in the movie “You Again”. To satisfy her love of travel and exploration, Amye accepted several location-shows that took her to Utah, Arizona, Atlanta, Boston, and Chicago. In addition to prepping, shooting, and wrapping shows, Amye is sometimes hired to fix shows that are in trouble – her attention to detail, organization and knowledge of the industry allows her to hone in on inefficient expenses, bothersome book-keeping, mediocre methodology. When she isn’t crunching numbers, you’ll find Amye juggling Motherhood, dance, and training as a stuntwoman. Her passion for film continues to grow, and she loves to teach and share her experiences.
