Chicago Filmmakers provides fiscal sponsorship for select independent film or video makers who are soliciting funds from private foundations, government agencies, and individual donors for their noncommercial film or video project. The program helps independent filmmakers reach their fundraising goals by accepting donations for projects through our 501(c)(3) non-profit tax-exempt status when projects align with our mission.
